That’s exactly the vibe we created at the dreamy bridal shoot I had the joy of capturing at Caparica Beach in Portugal. Nestled a stone’s throw away from Lisbon, Caparica Beach is a gem. It’s breathtakingly beautiful with its endless sandy stretch—a total playground for bridal photos and, let’s be real, a heaven-sent setting for intimate ceremonies and elopements.
For this magical session, my aim was simple: Let the bride be HER. To feel free, to laugh, to run, to enjoy every heartbeat of her special day. Isn’t that what makes beach weddings so liberating and soulful? Oh, and let’s not forget the awe-striking beauty of Caparica Beach itself, serving up endless ocean views that go on for days.
Our radiant bride wore a whimsical, short white dress that billowed like a cloud in the sea breeze. As for makeup, we kept it as real as it gets—just a hint of sparkle on her eyes. Her hair – a loose bun that screamed “beachy elegance.”
And I genuinely believe that her look is what Gen Z brides would consider for their weddings – simple yet so personalized.
