Elopements are my favorite thing to photograph. When it's just the two of you — maybe a few of your favorite people — everything slows down. There is time for a long walk on the cliffs, a quiet ceremony, champagne with the ocean below. Nobody is watching the clock.

I've photographed elopements from Sintra's hidden beaches to the Algarve cliffs and the Azores. And because I live here, I help with everything: the location, the timeline, the light, the officiant, even the little table for two at golden hour.
